I know I’ve been a-wall since whenever, but the last week I have been baking up a storm.
I made the peanut butter cake for my department’s year end function. It was a big hit! I got the recipe out of a old Rooi Rose magazine. And I know not everybody loovves a peanut butter anything (I am one those), but this cake is just to die for. The pieces of dark chocolate in the batter as well as the dark chocolate ganache as icing makes it really decadent.
